Policies
A credit card is necessary to guarantee reservations with a deposit in the amount of $50.00 for Cottages numbers #1 through #6. Cottage #7 requires a $150.00 deposit. Guests are responsible for charges on all rooms and days reserved when notice of cancellation is less than 14 days prior to date of arrival. All cancellations for Cottages #1 through #6 are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations for Cottage #7 are subject to $100.00 cancellation fee.

Smoking Policy
Premier Carriage House Cottages are NON-SMOKING. Noncompliance will result in a $50 (minimum) cleaning fee. (Smoking is allowed outside).
