Premier Cottages is a collection of eleven private cottages. Our romantic cottages for two — Premier Cottages #1, #2, #7, #8, and the new #11 — have one bedroom and sleep two. Our family cottages — Premier Cottages #3, #4, #5, #6, and the brand-new #9 and #10 — have two bedrooms and sleep up to four.

Every cottage has its own private soak. Premier Cottages #1 through #8 each have a private indoor jacuzzi tub for two. Our brand-new farmhouse cottages — #9 and #10 — have a private outdoor four-person hot tub, and the new #11 has its own private hot tub as well. Every stay also includes the shared resort pool and hot tub.

Yes. Every Premier Cottages stay includes access to our seasonal resort pool, plus keycode access to The Club at Berlin Resort — a fitness center, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge — just a short drive away.

Yes. Every cottage has a full kitchen so you can cook and settle in for a few days, along with a smart TV, central air and heat, and free Wi-Fi. A few details vary by cottage, so check each cottage’s booking page for specifics.

Premier #9 and #10 are our brand-new modern farmhouse cottages — light-filled, contemporary two-bedroom homes with two private king suites, a grand stone fireplace under vaulted ceilings, a full granite kitchen, and a private four-person hot tub. They are the newest and most modern way to stay with us.

We’re at 6291 County Road 203, Millersburg, Ohio 44654 — in the heart of Holmes County’s Amish Country, just minutes from downtown Berlin. This is the largest Amish settlement in the world, with cheese houses, farm bakeries, antique shops, and the Amish Country Theater all a short drive away.

Yes — we welcome up to two pets (55 pounds or less each) in every cottage, with a pet fee added at booking. With open grounds and plenty of room to play, Premier Cottages is an easy getaway to share with your dog.

Amish Country is lovely year-round — spring blossoms, lush green summers, brilliant fall color through October, and quiet, cozy winters by the fire. Fall weekends are the most popular, so reserve those well in advance.
